Current and New Programs
REACCREDITATION
Programs must undergo a process of reaccreditation at specified intervals, as determined by ACGC. During reaccreditation, programs must undergo a comprehensive self-study, submit an Application for Reaccreditation, and undertake a site visit from ACGC. The self-study and reaccreditation applications are due on August 1 of the year prior to the reaccreditation date of record for the program (e.g., due August 1, 2025 for a program which is accredited through 2026). The self-study and reaccreditation application are accessed through Armature. ACGC will contact programs when the instruments are open, typically 6 months prior to the due date.
Report of Current Status
Programs currently holding ACGC accreditation must file a Report of Current Status (RCS) annually. This report must be reviewed and approved by ACGC in order to maintain accreditation.
The 2025 RCS, along with Annual Accreditation fees, is due on June 30, 2025.
Please see below for a copy of the 2024 RCS questions for reference. This form is for fully accredited programs.
Note: The RCS form is slightly different and shorter for programs that have the Accredited, New Program status. Also, during the year that a program is undergoing reaccreditation, the program is not required to complete an RCS. Programs will be informed when the current year’s RCS forms are available in Armature.
Need a different form?
Programs are required to complete all ACGC forms in an online format in Armature. To request access to the Program Leadership Change form, Petition for Variance form, or any Substantive Change form, please contact the Executive Office to request access.
